With the use of AI note takers during virtual meetings on the rise, the FSO Institute would like to issue a reminder of its revised privacy policy for the Manufacturing Health Roundtable (MHRT):
The MHRT is a safe harbor for its members to share and discuss the myriad issues on which they choose to focus. Confidentiality is a long-standing hallmark of these conversations. Furthermore, FSO Institute is the sole convenor, organizer, facilitator and distributor of the MHRT and may exclusively provide summaries of its activities while guarding proprietary interests of its members. Accordingly, recording (AI or otherwise) of MHRT virtual meetings is prohibited.
