Kevin is an innovative and results-driven senior global supply chain leader with a successful record of accomplishment in End-to-End supply chain excellence, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, sales & operations planning, and logistics. He has proven capabilities in vendor management, compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. He is also proven in successful business acquisitions, integrations, and turnarounds.
While at US Foods, Kevin led the transformation and deployment of operational excellence for end-to-end logistics for 84 distribution centers. He directed strategy deployment to tactical operations and developed OPEX directors and team on Lean deployment all focused on improving customer experience.
At Mondelez, he facilitated the concept development of their supply chain of the future, digital factory, warehouse, and optimized logistics sessions. He implemented a strategy to develop IL6S leaders at the floor and managerial levels. He was selected to lead the Operations Integration of a recent acquisition into Mondelez.
Kevin’s career began with the US Army and was followed by plant and corporate leadership positions at Frito Lay, Sunny Delight, P & G, and Mars Inc.
